By accessing and using the Bingo Alberta VBingo request form ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
The VBingo Service allows users to request scanned PDF bingo cards from participating charitable bingo halls in Alberta. The Service acts as a request routing system only—all gaming transactions, payments, and card distribution are handled directly by the individual bingo halls.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Alberta, Canada to use this Service. By submitting a request, you attest that you meet these requirements. The bingo hall will verify your age and residency before processing your order.
Requests must be submitted at least one hour before the scheduled event start time. The Service reserves the right to limit the number of requests per user or per event. Multiple submissions for the same event may be cancelled.
Bingo Alberta does not process payments. All financial transactions for bingo cards are handled directly between you and the participating bingo hall. Bingo Alberta is not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, or transaction errors.
Scanned PDF bingo cards are delivered by the participating hall via email. Bingo Alberta is not responsible for delivery delays, email delivery failures, or issues with card quality. Contact the hall directly for delivery concerns.
All content, logos, and materials on this website are the property of Bingo Alberta or its licensors. Scanned bingo cards are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Bingo Alberta provides this Service as a convenience to participating charitable bingo halls and their patrons. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bingo Alberta shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including bingo hall websites. Bingo Alberta is not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites.
Bingo Alberta reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. These terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.
